Royal Smart Limousine is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your main objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and maximize business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and serve as their primary point of contact within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the UAE region.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively propose solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on new products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and take necessary actions to resolve any issues or complaints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client requirements, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to acquire them.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the client network and promote the company's services.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role in the UAE region.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and understanding of local business practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
