**Job responsibilities**

Overseeing the sales department of smart home automation systems starting from exploring opportunities, preparing sales plans and targets, training of sales Executives, meeting planned sales goals, work with other departments to engage audiences and clients more deeply. Creating a reliable customer loyalty program, interacting with customers, and handling queries and complaints in a timely manner.

Manage company brand and services become well known and a lead in local as well regional markets.

Create sales plan including sales forecast, sales targets definition, opportunities initiation, define customers, sales packages pricing and promotions, the team and resources required for implementation.
- Develop new channels for sales.
- Implementation and monitoring of the sales plan.
- Create and monitor KPI of sales process.
- Being a part of developing the pricing strategy based on the current market needs
- Develop customer-retaining strategy and build effective communication with clients and the team members.
- Collaboration with marketing team to ensure that all marketing activities aligned with sales plan/goals.
- Ensure a full compliance with adopted policies, procedures, budget, and quality standards
- Analysis and revise sales plan based on market studies and customer behavior.
- Close deals with customers officially in term of contract conditions that should clarify the our scope of work, fees, after sale service, warrantees ,.
- Formulate self-generated lead programs through different leads generation channels and train sales team in working to enhance self-generation contribution
- Develop performance metrics for sales team and monitor their results and conduct annual performance appraisals.
- Train sales team about all aspects of sales work based of organizations culture and the specific & basic soft skills
- Manage all CRM activities and generate reports based on the sales needs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, Electrical engineering or other related field of discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Home Automation industry in UAE
- Has effectively educated consumers on products and services and success in consultative selling.
- Experience in CRM
- Having a proven successful track record in consumer/residential sales or related industries is a plus.
- Bilingual English &Arabic is a plus.

**Additional Skills**

Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Valid UAE Driving license

Extremely high demonstrative and convincing skills

**Salary**: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
