we are looking for a bakery head chef and who has good experience in preparing and baking some or all of the following (fatayer, bread, sourdough, healthy cookies, pastry, sweets( kaak, cookies, mamoul, cake, arabic sweets)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- passion for sourdough baking and joy for the process of creating high quality breads and pastries for our valuable customers.
- Clear communication skills.
- Tidiness and time-management -- taking time to clean as you go and staying organized to prevent errors
- Willingness to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for your work with desire to strive for constant improvement.
- Good personal hygiene.
- An understanding of food safety practices.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- sourdough baking: 1 year (preferred)
- فطائر fatayer, pastry: 1 year (preferred)
- cookies baking : 1 year (preferably)
- team leader/ supervisor: 1 year

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
