**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and growth areas within the real estate sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and other proactive outreach efforts.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing rapport and trust to foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to understand their evolving needs, address any concerns, and provide updates on relevant properties or services.
- Actively listen to client feedback and incorporate insights into refining products, services, and business processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and requirements in the CRM system.

Market Analysis and Intelligence:

- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Analyze market data, including pricing trends, demand-supply dynamics, and regulatory changes, to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Revenue Generation and Targets:

- Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them on a consistent basis.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, agreements, and deals with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry or in Holiday Homes in Dubai
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including property types, pricing trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- A driven and ambitious mindset, with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to handle the property management portals

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
