seeking a **Tandoori Chef** and a **Naan Bread Baker** to join our vibrant team. We specialize in offering an exquisite dining experience with a focus on authentic flavors and culinary excellence.

**Tandoori Chef Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes with expertise.
- Manage the tandoor oven, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance.
- Marinate meats and vegetables to perfection, adhering to traditional methods.
- Able to cook Tandoori dishes of high quality in a high-pressure restaurant kitchen environment.
- Must be extremely professional in all aspects of Tandoori

**Naan Bread Baker Responsibilities**:

- Bake naan bread and other Indian bread varieties with skill and consistency.
- Ensure all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and freshness.
- Creatively present and display bread to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain inventory and manage orders for baking supplies.
- Must be expert bread maker - all Roti, Naan,Lavash

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tandoori cooking and/or baking, particularly naan bread.
- A passion for Indian cuisine
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
- Welling to learn.
- Ensure food hygiene, health & Safety Standards are met in the kitchen at all times.
- Work Experience of more than 5 Years
- Maintain consistency in flavour, appliance and presentation
- Must be open to working with multicultural team
- Detail oriented

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
