As the Assistant General Manager, Beach Club and Restaurant, WHITE your role is to assist the Food and Beverage Department in achieving the stated objectives within your outlet including sales, cost control and employee retention whilst ensuring the highest standards of guest experience are maintained. You are the leader of the restaurant and should assume the responsibility as such by taking ownership and driving all facets of the operation. This requires full awareness, engagement and understanding of the business so that the brand always has full representation and challenges are always met with positive action.
