From onhunters we are looking for our customer Melia Hotels International SA, for the position of the GENERAL MANAGER for **MELIÁ WHITE HOUSE (LONDON - UNITED KINGDOM)**

HOTEL INFORMATION
- The capital of the United Kingdom combines both tradition and this is one of the most important properties of the brand
- At the junction of Marylebone Road and Regent’s Park, this striking 4-star city hotel was built back in 1935.
- The hotel has 581 rooms and 112 apartments. And restaurant and Bar.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**Providing direct support to the Operations Director in **London,
- **_
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the Operations of the Hotel and leading the team ( so operations is going to be your key work) _**:

- Operation, coordination, management,
- **Be a team leader to inspire the **high performance of hotel teams**:

- Implementations of Procedures and policies of Meliá Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans.

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS

**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**:
University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies).

International experience is preferred.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ( MUST HAVE):
- **At least 3 years of experience in a General Manager** or Hotel Manager in a large hotel
- Your **experience should be in a city style property.**:

- ** 360 degrees of Hotel Operations knowledge is a must**:

- **Functional knowledge of all department operations.**

- ** Be an operational manager and enjoy being in **the front.**:

- Demonstrate ability of Human Resources Management & Talent Development.
- Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to move to London, UK.

LANGUAGES
- High level of English is mandatory - verbal and written
- Spanish will be ideal too.
