**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of appetizers according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Ensure all appetizers are beautifully presented and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and maintain inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and manage kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow portion control guidelines and minimize waste.
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative appetizer ideas.
- Uphold the restaurant's quality standards and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on appetizers.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and appetizer recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
