Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes to high standards. Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu. Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks efficiently. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with restaurant standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes served.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as necessary.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner, meeting the expectations of our guests.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Chinese Chef in a reputable restaurant in UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
