Job Scope:

JOB DESCRIPTION - Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings, seminars and/or conferences as assigned within UAE and internationally.
- Prepare agenda, reports, presentation, and correspond independently in an effective manner.
- Daily record keeping and filing documents. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and external clients.
- Managing the e CEO’s busy Calendar of the CEO including scheduling, meeting coordination sending reminders and prioritizing the most sensitive matters, taking minutes of corporate meetings. Help in preparing the board room
- Manage travel arrangements for the CEO which includes visa, flights, hotel, car and restaurant bookings, prepare itineraries by visiting online travel portals and taking quotations from different travel agents. Any ADHOC tasks required by CEO - such as personal events and/or family/ guests needs,
- Assist in researching and purchasing gifts for clients Provide hospitality to all guests Arrange corporate events, organizing conferences, seminars, and presentations within Dubai UAE and internationally. Provide general administrative support Submit receipts for accounts documentation Driver coordination
- Any ADHOC tasks required - such as personal events and/or family needs SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Specialization is IT would be an added advantage.
- 8+ years of hands-on Executive Assistant experience in UAE is ESSENTIAL with thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationcommunication skills in ENGLISH (50 words per minute)
- Advance in MS Office tools. - Ability to prioritize projects and timely completion of assignments.
Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiencies. Must be a polite, organized, professional, team player. adaptable to various cultures, and ability to work extended hours, if required. Detail-oriented with excellent research skills.
- Team player, flexible, adaptable to various cultures, and ability to work with long hours. Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication software
- Strong knowledge of database and tracking systems
- Must be detail-oriented with fantastic organizational skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure, should be able to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
