Sales Manager- Automotive Aftermarket

**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily sales activities for a customer group, fostering lasting relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and sales conditions, aligning with pricing strategy.
- Engage in customer discussions, understand requirements, and prepare offers.
- Visit and consult with customers, offering product information and training.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing feedback and support.
- Assess customer needs, feasibility, and prepare quotations.
- Support customers with growth and pricing strategies.
- Address customer complaints and oversee sales support activities.
- Participate in industry events, ensuring brand competitiveness.
- Provide sales forecasts and collaborate with logistics teams.
- Record customer interactions and activities in CRM systems.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, plan marketing events.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Net turnover
- Gross margin
- EBIT
- Customer satisfaction
- Budget adherence
- Market share and wallet share
- Price deviations and market segment expansion
- Management of overdues
**Internal & External Relationships**:
- Internal: Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Controlling, Product Management, BD, Engineering, GBTS
- External: Customers, organizations/associations
**Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 4+ years of pertinent experience in the aftermarket sector
- Familiarity with Automotive Aftermarket product range and understanding of customer business
**Salary**: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
