**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Represent the company in all public relations activities.
- Acts as a liaison between the company and government authorities of the state.
- Provides strong support to HR Department in administering necessary paperwork for processing employment requirements.
- Manages and ensures that the company licenses such as Trade License, Establishment Cards and all related permits are up to date.
- Fosters a professional relationship with government authorities in the embassies, consulates and courts.
- Establishes an effective tracking system for renewal of legal documents such as licenses, permits, residence visa, labor contract and cards.
- Have an accurate and up to date information and knowledge related to PRO functions.
- Ensures proper coordination in administering all necessary legal document process with the concerned department.
- Have an absolute system to keep record of all legal documents of the company and employees.
- Adheres to the company standard and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Public Relation Office
- Effective English Communication Skills
- Vast knowledge about the Labor Law, Visa Application and UAE Legal Document Processes
- Holds a valid UAE Driver’s License
- Available to join immediately

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
