To perform all duties associated with the operation of the front desk, including reservations, cashiering, check-in and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.

To maintain the hotel Front Office System and documentation efficiently

To provide an excellent first and last impression as the receptionist is often the first and last contact for Guests at the hotel.

To control all registrations, profiles, room rates, billing and to make sure that no discounts allowances or special rates are given without authorization

To handle cash float accurately and with responsibility

To ensure that check-in and check-outs are handled smoothly as per standard operation procedures

To make sure that all lost & found items are tagged, guest/owner are contacted immediately and items are handed over to Admin Assistant and that all valuable items are informed to HOD and handed over to security without delay

Follow up guest comments and deal immediately with dissatisfied customers

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

To be flexible and to carry out any other duties requested by the Management

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
