- Provide information on gym services, equipment usage, and fitness classes offered.
- Assist guests with setting up equipment and adjusting settings as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
- **Facility Maintenance**:

- Ensure the gym area is clean, organized, and properly sanitized according to hotel standards.
- Regularly inspect equipment for any damages or malfunctions and report issues to the appropriate department.
- Stock supplies such as towels, water, and toiletries in designated areas for guest use.
- Monitor and enforce gym rules and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all patrons.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping down equipment, vacuuming floors, and emptying trash bins.
- **Fitness Support**:

- Assist guests with using equipment safely and effectively, providing guidance on proper techniques when necessary.
- Offer basic fitness advice and recommendations to guests seeking assistance.
- Coordinate with fitness instructors to schedule appointments or assist with class registrations.
- Maintain a basic understanding of fitness equipment functionality and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Keep accurate records of gym usage, including guest sign-ins and membership information.
- Assist with membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals.
- Handle cash transactions for guest purchases such as fitness classes or merchandise sales.
- Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials for gym services and special events.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation protocols and emergency procedures.
- Monitor the gym area for any potential hazards and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Stay informed about current health and fitness guidelines to provide accurate information to guests.
