**Job Description** Responsibilities**:

- ** Conduct Swimming Lessons**:

- Plan and execute swimming lessons for individuals and group classes.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different age groups and skill levels.
- Focus on water safety and stroke development.
- ** Guest Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for guests during swimming lessons.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their swimming skills.
- Address and resolve any concerns or inquiries from guests.
- ** Safety and Supervision**:

- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety checks of the swimming pool area and equipment.
- Maintain constant supervision during lessons and open swim sessions.
- ** Lesson Planning**:

- Develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum and objectives set by the Recreation Manager.
- Incorporate creative and engaging activities to make lessons enjoyable for participants.
- ** Equipment Maintenance**:

- Inspect and maintain swimming pool equipment and teaching aids.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Recreation Manager.
- ** Administration**:

- Keep accurate records of participant progress and attendance.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating swimming lessons based on demand.
- ** Promotion and Marketing**:

- Support the promotion of swimming lessons and recreational activities within the hotel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.

**Qualifications**
- Certified Swimming Instructor with a recognized accreditation (e.g., Red Cross, WSI).
- Previous experience as a Swimming Instructor in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of water safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
