- Manage appointments and schedules for the management team.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring timely arrangements and necessary resources.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Handle internal and external communications, responding to inquiries or redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide administrative support to other departments or staff members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors Degree; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills are essential.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative Secretary: 3 years (required)
- UAE: 2 years (preferred)
