We are seeking a highly experienced Sales/Broker who is knowledgeable about the Residential / commercial and retails spaces in our company offers. The responsibilities of a Broker include providing excellent customer service, closing deals, and processing documentation after the sales process is complete.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building relationships with clients.
- Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Negotiating deals with clients.
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
- Closing deals.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
- Analyzing data and market trends.
- Processing sales transactions.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the company's products or services.
- Networking to attract potential clients.
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Experience with customer service.
- Experience as a agent or in sales.
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be available immediately
- Proven track record of sales
