Reporting to the NBA Technical Director, NBA Basketball Coach is responsible for delivering the daily sessions to ensure the standards of NBA Basketball School are followed. The coach ensures to deliver sessions of the highest standard in regard to the training quality as well as the personal aspect of teaching children (attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, friendliness etc). A coach is the first point of contact for the company in front of members, and it’s an integral role as it reflects the company’s image.

**Job Detailed Responsibilities**
- Provide on-site coaching according to the programs developed by the Head Coach or Technical Director.
- Provide feedback to the Head Coach or Technical Director about any issues on site, players development & general enquiries.
- Prepare and design match plans if relevant to his/her sport.
- Assist the Head Coach or Technical Director if required to implement innovative ideas, handle parents’ enquiries.
- Ensure the health and safety of all participants.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and quality programs are maintained at all times.
- Ensure sites are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist in promoting activities for services, programs and events as required by management.
- Work in other areas like After School Activities and Multi-Sports Camps when required.
- Ensure all materials to conduct the sessions are ready and well maintained at all times.
- Ensure to be present on site ahead of time to prepare sessions and be ready to start the session on time.
- Take attendance each session using the company’s tools.
- Ensure First Aid kit is available on site at all times.
- Attend and participate in team meetings when required.
- Get involved in office work when required.
- Prepare members' evaluation reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare competitions & match reports.
- Participate in Local & International events (tournaments, camps, clinics)
- Communicate any incident or accident to the Operations team/Head Coach or Technical Director as soon as it happens.
- Communicate with parents if needed regarding the behavior and development of their children and direct any queries to the Head Coach or Technical Director and Operations team.
- Provide friendly and polite services to all clients.
- Interact with staff to ensure effective customer service support is delivered.
- Ensure all the company’s Health & Safety procedures are followed and necessary levels of First Aid equipment are available.
- Advise Head Coach or Technical Director and Operations team of any issues, complaints or feedback from players or parents.
- Inform Head Coach or Technical Director about any damaged equipment which needs to be fixed or replaced.

- Proven track record of previous coaching experience.

- Sports Education required
- Coaching Certification FIBA Level 1+
