A dedicated sports business company in Dubai that offer specialized coaching programs across various sports, including football, basketball, swimming, and martial arts. Our goal is to develop skilled athletes and foster a love for sports among individuals of all ages and skill levels.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for passionate and energetic fresh graduates to join our coaching team. As a Sports Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with aspiring athletes in football, basketball, swimming, or martial arts, helping them achieve their full potential. This position is commission-based, providing you with the flexibility and incentive to grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement training programs for athletes in your chosen sport.

Conduct practice sessions.

Assess skills and provide feedback.

Motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their personal best.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions.

Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a positive training environment.

**Requirements**:
Degree in related Sports or Physical Education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to maintaining a safe coaching environment.
