We are working with a prominent sovereign wealth fund based in the UAE. They manage a globally diversified portfolio, play a pivotal role in shaping economic landscapes and hold stakes in various UAE-based companies. This role lies within the strategic assets team and offers a unique chance to contribute to the growth and protection of the UAE's financial legacy
**What the job involves**

As an M&A Manager, you will:

- Lead the execution of M&A transactions, working closely with industry and sector teams within strategic assets.
- Build financial models, conduct financial and valuation analyses, and formulate investment theses.
- Manage negotiations with targets and shareholders, ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Engage and oversee various advisors involved in M&A transactions, including due diligence and legal aspects.
- Provide input to sector teams on deal pipelines and market opportunities, contributing to the overall strategic direction.
- Report to the M&A Director, offering comprehensive information and coordinating reporting activities.

**Who we are looking for**
- Extensive deal-making experience in Investment Banking M&A or Private Equity.
- Regional experience preferred, with a track record of deal execution in the Middle East.
- Proven proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is essential and fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Master's degree in a relevant field and professional certifications are advantageous.
