- Performing regular control and reconciliations of financial situations and bank accounts

- Generating and update annual budgets and preparation of forecasts and other reporting.
- Managing the internal compliance requirements including internal audit requirements
- Managing the company’s portfolio of investment, record the investment activities, analyze the possible variances and record the necessary entries in the journals.
- Ensuring accuracy of quarterly and year-end figures, identifying, and resolving any discrepancies between General Ledger and report.
- Confirm and process investment portfolios daily transactions, sales and changes in income; researched any discrepancies between bank and/or broker via Bloomberg.
- Import and upload the data related to monthly investment.
- Responsible for posting of principal and interest payments on loans.
- Accounted for the Public Equity including analysis of monthly and quarterly investment valuations.
- Initiate investment capital calls wire transfers and ensure meeting of due dates.
- Record and prepare ad hoc reports.
- Review loan and accrued interest accounts.
- Dealing with banks/brokers.
- Reconciliation of Bank statements, Loan statements, Brokers Statement and Market Inventory List (ADX & DFM, EFG Hermes) with our records and follow up Cash dividend and Bonus Share.
Ability to commute/relocate:
