To supervise / clean all Housekeeping, Public Area, Laundry and Uniform Control activities in order to ensure compliance with Hilton Brand Service Standards.

To ensure that all housekeeping operational functions are up to guest satisfaction, quality of service and operational profitability with a strong and focused approach to achieve the Hotel's Balance Scorecard and other relevant KPI's such as but not limited to QA, SALT, HACCAP, Hhonors and GTMS.

Assist in driving forward training of new TMs, communication and close interaction with supervisors of other departments
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily sequence of operations.
- Assist in monitoring departmental costs.
- Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest assistance, direction and information as requested.
- To be observant of suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions and to take the necessary corrective action and report to the Security Manager and Executive Housekeeper.
- Follow all Housekeeping procedures and Hotel policies
- Checking Hotel rooms for lost property, in adherence to the Lost and Found Policy.
- Make sure that all room furniture, fixture and equipment are in good condition and in good shape. If repair is required, maintenance reports needs to be issued and followed up ensuring that request has been carried out.
- Assist in coaching and developing and disciplining TMs in accordance with the labour law in a transparent and fair manner, acting as a role model for TMs.
- Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest assistance, direction and information as requested.
- Follow all Housekeeping procedures and Hotel policies.
- Checking Hotel rooms for lost property, in adherence to the Lost and Found Policy.
- Inspects work of team to ensure required standards of cleanliness are met.
- Checks all guest rooms in morning and during turndown service to ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled within time limit and make sure that all Hilton Standards are followed
- Handle guest complaints whenever required in effective manner by looking after their needs and comfort all the time.
- Conduct training, one to one meeting, PDR's and inspection to review monitor and upgrade performance so as to meet the required standard of service and cleanliness.
- Inspects rooms, public areas for cleanliness and also determines need for renovation and makes recommendations.
- Proper planning of timetables and rosters such as but not limited to weekly rosters and vacation planning
- Daily briefings with TMs
- Ensures that all handover is done in proper manner to next shift.
- Picking up and/or printing of daily reports.
- To review comments on QA, SALT and Balance Scorecards.
- Assist in monitoring departmental costs.
- Manage and control linen, rooms, and chemical inventories in order to minimise looses and confirm to all cost control measures, and that the department is always below budget.

Manage and control all guest room supplies and amenities according to Brand Service Standards.
