Job Purpose
To assist in providing legal services to the Kizad business development and management team on control and management of legal and corporate affairs. To assist in supporting Kizad through drafting and management with Kizad contracts while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assist in review and some minor drafting of contracts, offer letters, Musatahas, leases and other corporate documents.
- Perform due diligence, searches and good standing certifications.
- Prepare and file reports.

Key Interaction
Assist ADPC Legal Department and work in close coordination with Kizad business development, technical and management teams in connection with Kizad contracts and other documentation
