Job Purpose

To assist in providing legal services and acts as a support role to senior legal team members and in-house lawyers. On a daily basis, they will be tasked with drafting important legal documents and conducting searches or research on behalf of the company.

Key Responsibilities

**Core Responsibilities**:
Assist in review and some minor drafting of contracts, offer letters, Musatahas, leases and other corporate documents.

Perform due diligence, searches and good standing certifications.

Prepare and file reports.

Key Interaction

Manage and coordinate legal aspects of leasing land in Kizad.

Assist ADPC Legal Department and work in close coordination with Kizad business development, technical and management teams in connection with Kizad contracts and other documentation.
