**Role & Responsibilities**
- Consults with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial concerns. Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations, hosts open houses and other promotional events.
- Analyze market trends and gathers, provides, and explains details of current market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and similar information.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale
- Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
- Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents. Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and on time; corrects any errors or omissions.
- Coordinates activities required for property closing including document signing and fund disbursement.

**Requirements**:

- Thorough understanding of the Real Estate Market and the laws, regulations, will be an advantage.
- Hindi/Urdu and Russian speakers are preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skill

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
