**PMO Analyst**

**Job summary**:
The Project Management Officer is responsible for overseeing business projects and ensure that each projects are completed on time and within budget. Some of the responsibilities includes planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all key personnel understand where a project is in the development process.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide oversight of the company’s projects by maintaining best practices and documenting project status and strategy in one place
- Working across various departments to help streamline the projects to ensure that in reaching the set goals and keep projects on track for timely completion and within budget
- Provide financial reports and budget outlines to the Top Management, Board, Stakeholders, and Key Personnel assigned to the project
- Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
- Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
- Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
- Contributing to the planning and development of projects
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
- Create and update workflows
- Conduct risk analyses
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Order resources, like equipment and software

Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
- Track expenses and predict future costs
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Measure and report on project performance
- Act as the point of contact for all participants
- Managing the project team, including task delegation and work schedule
- Maintaining project documentation, preparing project management reports
- Assisting with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables
- Supporting the project manager in the coordination of project team meetings
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Ensuring that the project team is properly trained to perform and document all aspects of the project

**Minimum Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.

Previous experience in project management or a PMO role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Native Arabic speaker preferred

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
