Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will provide overall financial support and work closely with the business unit head to help formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Regularly monitor and interpret financial statements of the MAG PD Group entities to and provide insight into performance against budget.

2. Prepare Consolidate MIS Report showing performance against budge with insight into variations.

3. Assist the Financial Controller and Operations in preparation of Project Construction and Operating expenses Budget, on activity basis per project/ per cost centre.

4. Carry out Project Financial Performance Analysis on monthly basis or as and when required to track actual costs and commitments against budget. Monitor % age utilization of Project Opex and Capex.

5. Liaise with the Financial Accounting, Projects and Procurement teams to ensure that overhead/ common costs are correctly accounted for under the respective Project - Sub project and unit -as per new GL structure defined and approved for Projects.

6. Monitor and analyse the movement in the WIP accounts on a Monthly basis and validate basis for revenue and cost recognised.

7. Prepare Monthly Actual and Forecasted Cash Flow by entity, by project and unit type showing Net Cash Position during construction phase and post-handover phase.

8. Keeping up to date the MAG PD group chart of accounts: Entities, Projects, Departments, Cost centre, and GL accounts.

9. Keeping up to date MAG PD group reporting policies and procedures.

10. Any adhoc assignments given by the Financial Controller

Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification progressive managerial experience
- Solid Technical accounting skills
- Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, analytical, and communication skills (both written and

oral)
- Must have high-level excel skills and preferably exposure to working on Oracle ERP.
