**HIRING for a CLINIC MANAGER**

**What you'll be responsible for**:
**_Sales Strategy_**
- Establish and lead the execution of the brand’s business strategies to drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results to maximize performance and achieve sales plans and goals.
- Develop strong relationships with potential partners and clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Customize local clinic marketing and outreach plans. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, to build brand awareness and to drive sales and traffic through market outreach and effective events.

**_People Leadership_**
- Hire, develop and motivate a magnetic team.
- Coach and give feedback as necessary for all team members.
- Lead your team to deliver an excellent customer experience and meet service and clinic sales targets.
- Organize regular team communication to discuss business updates, issues, and opportunities.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop individual career development plans.
- Appropriately schedules clinic staff in accordance with clinic needs; approves time off requests for clinic staff as delegated.
- Tracks attendance of staff and counsels, as appropriate, for absenteeism
- Implement a team-based environment for stronger communications and commitment
- Identify and deliver educational growth and cross-training opportunities for team members
- Consults with Manager, HR, regarding employee relations problems and interpretation of policies to ensure patient needs are met.

**_Clinic Operations: _**
- Direct supervision of administrative and clinical staff at the assigned clinic
- Ensure clinic is properly equipped and maintained to set quality standards
- Monitors safety, infection control, and quality to ensure that standards are met
- Ensure all Clinic operations are consistent and flawless; people policies and standards are practiced and upheld.
- Develop monthly, weekly, and daily clinic action plans to achieve revenue targets in all mixes of business on a consistent basis.
- Effectively manage all physical inventory and forecasting
- Optimize strengths within operations for more efficient and cost-saving processes
- Ensures all clinic equipment is functioning properly; requests repairs and maintenance, as needed.
- Address client issues and queries professionally, accurately, and timely.
- Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
- Effectively create and manage team schedules to meet client needs, and achieve clinic financial targets.
- Manage daily operations of the facility’s operational action plans, maintenance of equipment and property, patient records, and compliance logs.
- Performs other tasks as required.

- You have a minimum of 3 -5 years of management experience in a clinic environment.

- You rock the foundations with proficiency in MS Office Suite, and Gmail office suite.
- You are a business strategist - you can seamlessly maneuver through day-to-day tactics and exhibit exceptional customer service and outreach, all the while driving your clinic to the next level.
