- Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.
- Incharge of Recruitment
- Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory.
- Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic.
- Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
- Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
- Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
- Ensures that the entire medical operation at the healthcare facility is running a smoothly as possible.
- Attends public meetings to publicize the healthcare facility.
- Helps to keep patient medical records updated with the most recent medical treatments.
- Plan and implement business development strategies
- Build effective business relationships with healthcare partners and customers
- Prospects for new business, promotional plans
- Accountability and achievement of sales and growth targets
- Responsible for developing strategies and overall functioning of the clinic
- Implement administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs.
- Continually tracks clinic sales, conversion KPIs
- Oversees clinic schedules/appointments, patient footfall
- Manage and monitor all operational processes for the Clinic
- Work through the management team and medical leadership of the organization, serving as a resource to help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and quality goals and objectives, analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions
