- Attitudine orientata al risultato e capacità di costruire relazioni a lungo termine.
- Buona padronanza dell’inglese (conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus).

**Competenze Preferite**
- Esperienza nella vendita di servizi professionali (accounting, tax consulting, corporate services, HR, o marketing strategico).
- Capacità di gestire obiezioni e trovare soluzioni per il cliente.
- Conoscenza di CRM per gestire e monitorare le attività di vendita.
