**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant with Graphic Design Skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage office schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives and staff.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office documents.
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
- **Computer Skills**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Maintain and update company databases and file management systems.
- Assist with data entry, creating spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
- Provide IT support to staff for troubleshooting software or hardware issues.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Create visual content for the company's website and digital platforms.
- Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other media as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop cohesive branding and promotional strategies.
- Ensure all design work aligns with company guidelines and brand identity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A creative mindset with the ability to visualize and execute design projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with web design or UI/UX is a plus.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a bonus.
