- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Help manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop design concepts and execute them using graphic design software.
- Create and edit images, illustrations, and other design elements as needed.
- Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and standards.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across various platforms and mediums.
- Organize and maintain digital files, including images, graphics, and project documents.
- Prepare and optimize files for print and digital use.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Conduct research on design trends and competitors’ visuals to inspire and inform design work.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with vendors and clients.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and design.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software.
- Basic photography skills.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- graphic designer: 1 year (preferred)
