**Recruiter with Consultancy Working Experience**

**Job Summary**:
We are Hiring the first few employees who can roll up their sleeves and set up the roadmap in establishing the foundation of Success Factor LLC FZ

**The responsibilities of these employees will include**:
**Roadmap Development**: Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the agency's roadmap. Identify potential target markets, devise marketing strategies, and explore opportunities for growth and expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in HR recruitment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus

**Working Conditions**:
This is a full-time office based position. You will spend a significant amount of time on the phone, in-person meetings, and using a computer to manage the recruitment process.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Working with a Recruitment Consultancy: 2 years (required)
- Online Recruitment Management: 1 year (preferred)
