**JOB Summary***:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the District/Area Warehouses (Yards), District/Area (field Procurement) requesting and receiving material in a timely manner. The professional will drive proper material management through timely requisition creation, accurate goods receiving, binning, packing and issuing. They will adhere to all applicable policies and procedures. In this role, you will streamline, optimize and manage the District/Area Supply Chain.

Additionally, the position will maintain an accurate warehousing management system, develop key performance Indicators (KPI’s) and run reports as required.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES***:

- Manages the overall operation, resources and organization of the District/Area Supply Chain making business decisions supporting the organization’s overall business strategy.
- Manages and oversees inventory control processes to ensure integrity (this includes the cycle count process).
- Ensure that Procurement and warehouse transactions (e.g. receiving, issuing, transfers and requisitions) are completed timely and accurately.
- Manages the warehouse.
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities for District Supply Chain.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, corporate and field locations as required to ensure total customer satisfaction within the US warehouse functions.
- Work with different areas in the District/Area to implement and perform a receiving and issuing process that ensures all transactions are recorded properly.
- With yard personnel identify obsolete, slow moving materials and visually organize warehouses.
- Manages inventory and expenses.
- Develops and emphasizes a culture of warehouse safety.
- Maintains required records and documents accurately.
- Conduct random physical inventory checks and report any findings.
- Continuous quest to improve the warehouse operations in the District/Area
- Initiates, coordinates and enforces warehouse operational policies and procedures.
- Understanding of supply chain activities and good warehousing practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Support and participate on achieving organizational QHSE objectives.

Qualifications

**Minimum Qualifications / SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Management or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in the related area including supervisory experience
- Excellent time management skills.
- Analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
- Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationship with team and all levels of management and employees.
- Self-starter with ability to work with mínimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Makes decisions that properly reflect company policy.
- Strong, oral, written and organizational skills are required.
- Knowledge of oilfield and drilling materials.
- Detail oriented with strong emphasis on quality.
- Positive team player with the ability to build relationships across all levels and departments.
- Time management, prioritization and organization skills and the ability to delegate workload appropriately.
- Able to handle and resolve conflict and performance issues.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with ability and willingness to learn, understand, and follow established work procedures.
- Exercises sound independent judgment; self-directed and requires mínimal supervision.
- Ability to optimize time and resources to achieve expected results; effectively prioritize and organize work to fully contribute to team efforts.
- Able to drive implementation of policies, procedures and best practices.

- Ability to manage and motivate teams

- Work with stakeholders to provide service levels as requested.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ relevant warehouse, inventory, procurement, distribution and logistics management experience.
- 2+ years’ of previous leadership and supervisory experience.
- Outstanding communication skills; willing to make difficult decisions, communicate effectively with senior management of all business units.
- Proficient in computer skills, specifically Excel, Power Point, Outlook and warehouse management software.
