**The Opportunity**

This role is a great opportunity for a current or ex-founder that wants to find their next chapter after their startup journey or who is looking for a side gig. You will directly help other founders grow and scale their companies through the programs we deliver, and do it within an organisation that itself is a fast-paced and scaling company that breathes a startup culture.

This is a flexible role where we welcome part-time involvement on an as-need basis that can be combined with your current startup, other projects, your kids, etc...

You must have a thirst for learning, you must be genuinely curious about figuring out tough problems faced by a variety of startup businesses and have a passion for helping other entrepreneurs grow.
- Path 1 - Programs Delivery centric: Program Manager, Senior Program Manager - Program Director
- Path 2 - Commercial/Management: Account Manager - Practice Manager - Head of Enterprise Sales

**The Role**

AstroLabs runs high-impact, practical entrepreneurial programs throughout the MENA region. As the Entrepreneur-in-Residence you will support the Program Managers and Program Director in delivering the best-in-class program experience for startups and the client. This is what you’ll do:

- Provide creative and practical input into the program design from a learning and experience perspective
- Deliver high-grade teaching content of key entrepreneurial topics to early and scaling founders
- Coach, mentor and challenge founders with the depth of your knowledge and help steer their direction for their startups in the right direction
- Be an engaging and outgoing personality to help programs be engaging and fun for entrepreneurs to be part of
- Tap into your extensive founder network to bring in others as guest speakers, coaches and mentors, or make crucial introductions for the founders

**Your Profile**

You’re a Doer. You get stuff done and follow things through to completion, no matter what.
- You have solid entrepreneurial experience (ideally in MENA), you’ve walked the talk and have the scars to prove it
- Proven interest and passion for entrepreneurship and exposure to the local or international startup ecosystem
- You love helping other entrepreneurs
- You are intellectually curious about getting stuck into startup businesses and figuring things out with founders
- You’re structured with your thought process and communication skills
- You have experience with teaching or want to learn
- You’re adaptable and flexible. You’re able to cope with the changing nature of the role and to shift gears rapidly from one object to another, multiple time a day
- You have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Our programs take place across the GCC, but specifically in the UAE, Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and AlUla) and Bahrain. Flexibility to travel to those locations is an added bonus.
- Ability to provide coaching in Arabic is also an added bonus.
