Gravity real estate is looking for experienced, highly motivated and result oriented Property Consultant to join our growing successful team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Create and present compelling property listing to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and market value.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewing, and virtual tours for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease on behalf of clients, aiming to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
- Stay up to date with local real estate market conditions, regulations, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of property listing, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years minimum experience in UAE Real Estate field.
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry.
- Driving license and car is mandatory.
- Bachelor degree.
- Bilingual Speakers: Arabic, English, Russian, Chinese, South Asian.
