**EPM Techno-Functional Analyst**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements related to performance management, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze and document current EPM processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for EPM solutions, considering industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the EPM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for effective reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain data models to support performance management processes.
- Play an active role in implementing EPM solutions, collaborating with developers and technical teams to ensure accurate configuration and functionality.
- Lead testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, to validate that EPM systems meet business requirements.
- Assist in change management activities by communicating the benefits of EPM solutions and providing training to end-users on utilizing the new system effectively.
- Monitor the post-implementation performance of EPM processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancements.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to drive improvements in EPM processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by working closely with business units, IT, project managers, and other relevant teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, PMP) are advantageous.
- Proven track record (15+ years) as an EPM Techno-Functional Analyst or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in EPM solution implementation.
- In-depth understanding of EPM processes, methodologies, and tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams and convey information to diverse stakeholders.
- Effective project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and keep abreast of emerging EPM technologies and industry trends.
