About theCompany: We are currently seeking a skilled EPM SuiteSpecialist with a focus on ARCS (Account ReconciliationCloud Service) to join our team either as a fulltimeemployee on Payroll or on a contractual basis. The ideal candidatewill possess a strong background in ARCS functionality coupled withexpertise in related Oracle Enterprise PerformanceManagement (EPM) applications such as FCCS (Financial Consolidationand Close Cloud Service) EPRCS (Enterprise Performance ReportingCloud Service) and EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management CloudService).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ARCSImplementation and Configuration: Lead and participate inthe implementation and configuration of ARCS modules to meetbusiness requirements.
  2. FunctionalExpertise: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) inARCS providing guidance on best practices configuration options andtroubleshooting solutions.
  3. Integration: Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to integrate ARCS with other EPM suiteapplications ensuring seamless data flow and systeminteroperability.
  4. Support andMaintenance: Provide ongoing support maintenance andenhancements to the ARCS platform addressing user issues andoptimizing system performance.
  5. Training and Documentation: Developand deliver training sessions for endusers and administrators onARCS functionality features and usage. Create and maintaincomprehensive documentation including user guides and technicalspecifications.
  6. RequirementsGathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather andanalyze business requirements translating them into functionalspecifications for ARCS configuration and customization.
  7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Developtest cases and perform rigorous testing to validate ARCSconfigurations ensuring accuracy reliability and compliance withregulatory standards.
  8. ChangeManagement: Facilitate change management processesrelated to ARCS enhancements upgrades and system changes ensuringminimal disruption to business operations.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreastof industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in EPMsuite applications proactively identifying opportunities forprocess improvements and innovation.
  10. Collaboration and Communication:Foster a collaborative work environment effectively communicatingwith internal stakeholders external partners and thirdparty vendorsto drive project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation Systems Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle EPM suiteimplementations with a focus on ARCS.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ARCS modulesincluding reconciliation compliance transaction matching andautomated reconciliation.
  • Handson experiencewith related EPM applications such as FCCS EPRCS andEDMCS is highly desirable.
  • Strongunderstanding of financial processes accounting principles andregulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analyticalproblemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Effectivecommunication skills with the ability to convey technical conceptsto nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Oraclecertifications in EPM suite applications are a plus.
