This position requires you to assist the Entertainment Division as a Talent booker, liaising with Musicians, Dancers, Choreographers, DJs, Singers, Bands, Performers, Specialist Acts, Creative MUAS, Costume Designers, and international talents. It takes an excellent communicator and an organised multi-tasker to enable this position with ease who has a passion for the industry and has a good eye for talent matching clients’ needs for the events and the entertainment industry.

**Hours**: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (Being flexible with working hours is essential as during busy periods evenings and weekends are required for deadlines, scheduled bookings and events)

**PROFILE & SKILLS REQUIRED**:
Working within the talent management, entertainment and events production industry can be exciting but also very demanding.

We are looking for a lively, confident person who is up for the challenge, has a positive can-do attitude, well presented, takes pride in their role, is very organized & who works well under pressure.

A Talent Booker role requires a sharp eye for talent scouting & has good sales experience. You will be well connected within the industry & have great skills on making new contacts not only with new clientele and talent, but suppliers and venues too.

Handling client/ talent relations with the ability to work towards sales targets set and exceed monthly KPIs is part of your role. Being a great negotiator in a competitive industry goes far in our industry when exceeding targets.

Previous account management skills are preferred as you will be handing many clients under your role and retaining business relationships daily, budgeting & handling day to day bookings across the 2 divisions and reporting to the GM. Having excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task to handle several live bookings at a time, you are often dealing with 3 way conversations with talent and clients so ultimate care, professionalism and organisation is key to succeeding in this role and a clear understanding that you are always the point of contact between all.

Have excellent computer & communications skills - Fluent in English (bilingual English/Arabic speaking is also a bonus) - written and verbal - a great communicator goes a long way in our business and must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT & CRM Systems for day to day admin and pitches. Canva and Keynote is a bonus

You will have a team player attitude but works excellent on own initiative, good at problem solving & thinking on your feet with a 'nothings to big or small attitude' for clients and booking deadlines

Be able to handle high pressure situations and work to short deadlines with good time-management skills is a must for this role as you will be handling and the production of creative RFP’s & RFQ’s pitches from concept to delivery, ability to create/present captivating entertainment acts from shows to talent showcases for events and scheduled entertainment acts for large and small events to resident bookings and more.

You will be meeting with all talent & walk-ins, arranging profiles for all talent and marketing them, decision making on representation and following the agency core values in mind when taking on new talent.

Salary : Starting 8000 AED per month DOE. (Additional OTE monthly targeted bonuses up to 7k AED moving salary up to 15000 AED P/M)
- Monthly salary bonuses start after the 4 month probation is complete unless outstanding achievement has been reached within the probation period.

Benefits: UAE Employment Visa, Medical and company phone.

Holiday allowance: 20 Days per year + 1 month unpaid leave during the summer months (11 months contract annually)

**Salary**: From AED8,000.00 per month
