**What we are looking for**:
- Relevant experience in a Luxurious Hotel Property Group is a plus.
- Strong and extensive knowledge and passion for various music genres, including Pop, R&B, Hip-Hop, and Electronic, as well as an awareness of International Music Trends.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborates with Artists, Record Labels, and Talent Agencies.
- Experiencing in organising and executive Music Events, Parties, and Live Performances.
- Proficiency and familiarity with the technical requirements for Live Performances are a plus.
- Impeccable communications skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Next-Level Orgainisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the hotel property.
- A proactive nature, coupled with a meticulous eye for details, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Superior problem solving skills and the competence to exceed expectations in our dynamic and competitive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Scouts and selects exceptional talents and skillfully negotiates fees within the allocated budget.
- Conducts interviews with potential performers to ensure that all partnerships align with the Luxury Hotel industry-leading standards.
- Liaises with Artists and Performers, orchestrating their involvement to curate events.
- Conducts auditions and manages booking for clients, ensuring a next-level entertainment extravaganza.
- Meticulously schedules and crafts an entertainment roster ensuring guests an exquisite experience.
- Focuses strategically on elevating sales with the Hotel Property venues.
- Establishes a key event schedule to enhance the experience.
- Innovates and executes event concepts that elevate the Luxurious Hotel Property.
- Organises lavish Hotel decorations for events.
- Cultivates and nurtures relationships with Promoters, Artists, Clients, Entertainers, and Corporate Entities to foster valuable partnerships.
- Oversees an inventory of Entertainment equipment with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Coordinates seamlessly with the Entertainment and Marketing Departments to drive the success of ongoing and upcoming events.
- Collaborates with the Events Team to flawlessly coordinate and execute bespoke events.
- Captures and shares Insta-perfect moments engaging Social Media coverage.
