- _Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property._
- _Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation. _
- _Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services). _
- _Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. _
- _Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. _
- _To ensure that guest luggage records are accurately maintained, and all special requests are met._
- _Supply guests with directions. _
- _Arrange transportation (e.g., taxicab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. _
- _Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors._
- _Develops a strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services as well of the surrounding community._
- _Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property._
- _Obtains necessary itinerary tickets._
- _Makes guest reservations for the theatre and other forms of entertainment when requested._
- _Obtains necessary tickets and provides directions to facilities._
- _Organizes special functions as directed by management._
- _To ensure a proper use of the telephone etiquette standards._
- _To oversee the concierge operations, doormen, bellman, valet parking and to supervise the area ensuring that all standards and procedures are fully known and followed._
- _To ensure that all necessary equipment are maintained properly with sufficient stock for day to day operations._
- _To ensure that all sections have proper coverage of staff at all times._
