PR & Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibility

1. Public Relations: o Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company's products, services, and events. o Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media representatives and industry influencers. o Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to garner media coverage. o Monitor media coverage and conduct media tracking and analysis to evaluate PR efforts. o Handle media inquiries and interview requests, preparing spokespersons for media engagements. o Respond to crisis situations effectively and proactively manage reputation issues.

3. Event Management: o Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and PR initiatives. o Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, invitations, and on-site coordination. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and achievement of goals.

4. Branding and Corporate Identity: o Assist in developing and maintaining the company's brand identity and positioning. o Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials. o Implement branding guidelines to maintain a unified brand image.

5. Market Research: o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. o Utilize research findings to inform marketing and PR strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a PR and Marketing Executive or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging content.
- Knowledge of various PR and marketing channels, including digital media and social platforms.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, media monitoring, and analytics platforms.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
