- Manage The GM’s diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary;
- Organize travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation/transportation etc.);
- Process communication, ensuring that incoming correspondence is being dealt with by The GM/ on behalf of The GM, or other colleagues as appropriate;
- Assist GM in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within The GM’s responsibility;
- Work closely with Executive Committee & Heads of departments on various matters as directed by The GM;
- Oversee attendance and monitor leave balance;
- Assist and support operational and administrative activities related to PR & Marketing, Events, F&B, HR and other departments;
- Take minutes of meetings;
- Prepare and manage correspondences with internal and external parties for The GM’s signature;
- Maintain systematic up-to-date filing and tracing systems;
- Prepare monthly financial/expenses reports;
- Manage and upkeep the functionality and cleanliness of the office;
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by The GM;
