**Al Pina Pure Drinking Water LLC**, a leading player in the bottled drinking water industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and managing a team of sales professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry or the bottled drinking water industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Language proficiency : English Required
- Experience : Minimum 5 year in the same industry required
