**Role**:Sales and Marketing Head

Total Vacancies: 2 (Location-Dubai)

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the rental of Equipment Machinery.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking.
- Work with technical teams to provide clients with customized solutions based on their specific needs Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Track sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.
- Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Develop and grow a sales team.

Experience: 3+ Years in Heavy equipment rental sales (UAE experience is a must in a similar industry)

Driver license UAE, car (mandatory)

Excellent sales, marketing, and leadership skills

Education: Any Graduate

Nationality: Any

Gender: Male/Female

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Hindi and English (required)

Ability to commute/relocate:
