**About the Role**:
Al Masaood Energy is currently recruiting experienced and highly motivated sales coordinator to be a part of a great team based at Abu Dhabi. If successful, you will be responsible for coordination.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary.
- Respond and coordinate all internal meeting requests.
- Assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager.
- Record the progress of all enquiries and prepare a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales, and other reports as directed by the sales team leader.
- Ensure an efficient tracking system of all department paperwork.
- Maintain clients and agents database - updating where necessary to allow effective promotions.
- Order, track and maintain material inventory.
- Manage and maintain sales contact database.
- Provide Sales reports and analysis as required.
- Any other duties assigned by the Department manager.
**Required Skills**:
1 year of experience
background in garments is preferred
