We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Head Offices in Umm Al Quwain. Below is a brief of the roles & responsibilities.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Main Duty is to receive the phone calls and to help the customers to reach the concerned person or department.
- Directing guests and answering their questions
- General administration duties, photocopying, filing etc.
- Making the booking in FedEx for documents and non-documents shipping.
- Receiving the couriers from different courier agents and sending to the concerned person by keeping a file of records of received courier.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor colour code badges for the different areas.
- Maintaining security and telecommunications systems
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Notifying other workers of visitor arrival
- Contributing to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
- Coordinating meetings and organizing catering and room bookings
- Responsible for sending and receiving documents/packages.
- Receiving invoices given by the supplier holding store in-charge signatures.
- Receiving & Sending the fax.
- Data entry onto internal systems.

*Excellent English communication skills
*At least 1-2 years of UAE Experience
