Social Media Marketing

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree

2. At least 4-5+ years of experience in the uniform /fashion industry or related

3. Experience in Adobe sets (Photoshop, illustrator) and designing.

4. Fluent in English & Arabic is a plus.

**Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a good sense of style when it comes to the writing of content.
- Has a sense of innovation and creativity when it comes to branding and making new ideas.
- **Must be strong and familiar with using e-commerce and different editing apps for social media platforms.**:

- The ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with client resulting in loyalty.
- Numerate with strong computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent eye for detail; strong organizational skills including the ability to work to stringent deadlines.
- A pro-active approach to driving sales
- Confidence working with client and VIP’s.
- Have high levels of patience and perseverance to deal with difficult clients.
- Have excellent selling techniques and a strong sales ability.
- Have good networking skills.

**Social Media Marketing: Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create graphics, and update company profile, look books, and catalogs.
- Lead day to day social media platforms (Website, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat and other platforms needed and be up to date with the trends.
- Handle the website and develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content, and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Keep website update with all the latest product with description and size charts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, Fb, and Instagram to analyze, feedback, and use the data to inform future activities.
- Priorities and schedules work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.
- Creates attractive content that promotes audience interaction & increases audience participation.
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including, paid ads, and implementation schedules & evaluates its success by providing the report.
- Schedule a story post on the social media account & link to other accounts and report progress by providing audience/follower responses & reactions according to the set objectives.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

**Sales: Duties and Responsibilities**
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with customers resulting in loyalty.
- Respond to all social media requests on a timely manner.
- Analyze weakness and strengths in social media and aim to strengthen customer/client interaction
- Recommend all the styles that should be advertised to management based on social media audience likes, views and popularity.
- Develop different sales and marketing campaigns to maximize sales.
- Monitor & report sales reports
- Present clients with the most detailed product information, to ensure customers are satisfied with the project
- Build and grow client base by focusing on strategic selling techniques and communicating proactively with existing and potential customers.
- Be the point of contact with all client
- Maintain customer database keep & file all important records in hard & soft copy
- Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to assure repeat business.
- Create customer satisfaction surveys and present to management analysis reports
- Manage your time and tasks effectively, putting the needs of clients first to deliver an elevated service experience.
- Deliver the personal shopping vision in order to drive the business forward.
- Cross and up sell at every opportunity, ensuring that personal sales targets are exceeded
- Effectively follow all client transactions to minimize cash and product losses.
- Take ownership for all customer cases, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues with support.
- Point of contact with all courier companies and ensure all deliveries of clients arrive on time. Ensure to track client packages & update client accordingly.
- Communicate clearly with all clients and inform them with all the tracking information.
- Build and grow client base by focusing on strategic selling techniques and communicating proactively with existing and potential customers.
- Communicate and respond to all client inquiries and scheduling appointment.
