Manage & oversee company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat & Tiktok.
- Creates content that promotes audience interaction & increase audience participation.
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including, content creation, marketing campaigns, paid ads and implementation schedules & evaluate its success by providing report.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices & technologies.
- Schedule a story post on the social media account & link to other accounts and reports progress by providing audience/follower response & reactions according to the set objectives.
- Designs, builds, and maintains social media presence.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms.
- Research and monitors activity of company competitors
- Manages Facebook Shop, IG shop & product catalogs link on Shopify.
- Creates social media content, extracted from photoshoot, exhibition & fashion show
**Social Media Marketing**
Lead the day-to-day management of our digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content.
2. Plan, produce and create a programme of digital content to be used across all our digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences.
3. Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content, and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
4. Create graphics, and update company profile, menus, and catalogs, while working with the internal sales/web developers team when necessary.
5. Create awareness and interest within our audiences and business partner groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content and suggest solutions to develop the brand products.
6. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, Fb, and Instagram to analyze, feedback, and use the data to inform future activities.
7. Priorities and schedules work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.
8. Contribute and work with relevant teams and collaborators to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.
9. Participate in regular departmental and cross-departmental progress meetings.
10. Train and share knowledge with internal teams wherever possible to empower them to manage their own areas with ad-hoc support.
11. Work with contractors, suppliers, and freelancers as authorized to support the role.
12. Remain current with our policies and procedures.
13. Attend events, committee meetings, and functions as and when appropriate.
