The Job Opportunity
We are looking for a Rostering Administrator who will be responsible to maintain the rostering and Time & attendance administration for contracts in Serco ME, using the Time2Work workforce management tool, Matrix and Excel. The role will involve improving efficiencies through the optimal use of resources across the business.

Serco delivers essential public services to customers in the UAE on behalf of governments, semi-governments, and large private corporations.

Highly developed communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
Well developed problem solving skills relevant to dealing with shift or roster allocation scenarios
Demonstrated commitment to continuous change and improvement
Excellent organisational skills
Sound negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal stakeholders

Specific requirements
The job holder will be educated to a level of High School Diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Numerical and planning skills relevant to roster coordination and management
Competent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Spreadsheets
SQL Experience
